George joined FML as an audit and assurance partner with over 30 years of experience providing a broad range of audit and management consulting services to domestic and international companies. His efforts are largely concentrated on audit and other assurance-related engagements rendered to SEC-registered public entities as well as closely held companies. Prior to joining FML, George served as an audit and quality control partner (professional practice director) at a "Big Four" accounting firm and two Manhattan-based regional accounting firms as well as founding his own firm. His expertise is focused on several industries including manufacturing, distribution, service organizations, financial services, construction and real estate. Other industry expertise includes consulting on mergers and acquisitions, fair value accounting and reporting, inventory valuation, long- term contract accounting, revenue recognition and more. He has assisted numerous clients with IPOs and the myriad issues faced by today's SEC regulations.
