Nick joined FML in January 2015 after graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University. Nick serves a variety of industries at various stages of business growth. His work focuses on engagements for U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and transaction related tax services. His clients include those in the service, technology, and real estate construction sectors. He specializes in consolidated federal and multi-state tax return filings, Accounting for Income Taxes under Accounting Standard Codification 740, and tax due diligence transaction services. Nick enjoys working closely throughout the year with his clients on complex tax issues.
