KEVIN DONOVAN CPA
Kevin Donovan has over twelve years of accounting experience having served both in a national public accounting firm and in the Financial Leadership Program at a Fortune 500 corporation. Kevin has been with FML since the firm’s inception and is responsible for overseeing assurance services provided to public and private companies in the manufacturing and distribution, biotech, contract research, technology and service industries.
Kevin also provides advisory services to public companies related to their Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives, as well advisory services to both public and private companies regarding private equity and venture capital backed transactions, due diligence support and other areas of financial expertise.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). He is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Hartford Preservation Alliance (HPA), a non-profit advocacy group dedicated to supporting the preservation of Hartford’s unique architecture.
