With over eight years of public accounting experience under his belt, Mike specializes in audit and
consulting for clients primarily in the manufacturing, technology, construction and service sectors.
Prior to joining FML, Mike served as senior auditor for a national accounting firm. Since then, he has
managed and supervised public and private company financial statement and Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
Mike’s experience also includes an accounting manager post at CIGNA Healthcare, overseeing financial reporting for a division that generated over $100 million dollars in annual revenues.
Mike received a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a registered CPA, a member of both the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
