Kitty Lacey has covered a lot of territory in her seven-year career, garnering Big 4 experience supporting major multi-nationals, as well as developing wide-ranging audit skills.
While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kitty participated on teams auditing public and private companies,
such as United Technologies, Ingersoll Rand, CIGNA, Pratt Read Corporation and Emhart Glass.
Today she manages public and private company financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits and Sarbanes-Oxley audits; supervises internal audit projects; partners with clients to prepare for external audits; and performs due diligence on merger and acquisition transactions for clients such as The Stanley Works, BLB Investors, Barnes Group, CYA Technologies, General Digital Corporation, Ikonisys and Revonet.
Kitty earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and an MS in Accountancy from the
University of Illinois. She is a registered Certified Public Accountant and a registered Certified Fraud
Examiner.
