LOGICAL THINKING.Frank Milone’s in-depth knowledge of businesses in technology, medical devices, manufacturing and service was already well established when he co-founded FML. More than a decade of audit and advisory experience with Ernst & Young made his thinking invaluable to companies that have since benefited from his expertise. ADVO, Inc.; Stanley Black & Decker; Delcath Systems, Inc.; Premise Corporation; Orthocon, Inc; Paper G, Inc; eTouches, Inc; and SmartEquip, Inc. are just a few of them. The range of his experience includes companies in all life stages—from the start-up with complex needs to the public company looking for expert financial advice or Sarbanes 404 expertise. Frank is a left-brain thinker with expert technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of equity accounting, revenue recognition and inventory. At the same time, he possesses the strong interpersonal skills that have helped him forge lasting business relationships. Frank graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Accounting, and remains involved with his alma mater through various boards. He believes that a balanced life enhances his commitment to his profession, and enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering and supporting his favorite sports teams.
