LISA LASARACINA CPA
TAX PARTNER

“I’ve always admired the engineering innovation of THE BRIDGE, from its initial simple form to today’s masterpieces. It brings together points close enough to see, but which appear beyond our reach. Like many of the problems that we face in our business and personal lives, the bridge is the solution that allows us to overcome our obstacles and reach our destination.”

                                                                                    — Lisa LaSaracina on the power of a great idea

Of particular note is her expertise in transactions services, from acquisition planning to recapitalizations. She also has extensive knowledge in accounting for income taxes under FASB 109. Public companies rely on her expertise for their tax provision calculations, related financial statement footnotes and tax

Among her most significant achievements is the acquisition structure planning she completed for a foreign public company that acquired a US business. “We analyzed different alternatives that met the business goals of the worldwide company and provided a lower effective tax rate.”
