JEFF FIONDELLA CPA
MANAGING PARTNER

“I’ve always admired JIGSAW PUZZLES because they force the mind to search for missing pieces. Early jigsaw puzzles didn’t include pictures to guide you. Pieces didn’t always interlock and were cut along color lines, so you really needed to envision the big picture to solve the puzzle. Audit and advisory work is a lot like that. It takes vision and logic.”

VISION.

Jeff Fiondella possesses clear business vision, which makes him an asset to clients embarking on new ventures or assessing existing ones. His years with Ernst & Young helped him gain the audit and advisory experience necessary to quickly identify the issues our clients face and work alongside them toward practical solutions. While serving manufacturing, service and start-up companies, Jeff became a due diligence expert who can be relied on prior to critical acquisition decisions.

Many of our long-standing clients—including The Eastern Company; Tilcon, Inc.; SignStorey, Inc.; and Plassein International—had worked with Jeff long before FML’s founding. Excelling in recapitalization and complex equity transactions where the stakes are high on the purchasing side, Jeff enjoys strategic thinking as well as the ability to form tightly knit business relationships. Trust is the currency of his associations, both with valued colleagues and clients. Motivating as a team leader, Jeff can see the big picture emerge in the myriad percentages and numerical values.

While timely decision-making is a source of professional satisfaction, Jeff says his greatest accomplishment is founding a company on the basis of mutual respect. “We’ve grown together as a cohesive unit,” he says. “I feel privileged to be part of it.”
