BRIAN KELLEHER CPA

Brian Kelleher has over twelve years of accounting experience and brings a unique perspective to his engagements, having served both in a national public accounting firm and in the Financial Leadership Program at a Fortune 500 corporation.
Brian has been with FML since the firm’s inception and is responsible for managing public and private financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, Sarbanes-Oxley consulting projects, and other business advisory services.
Brian’s strengths include the ability to analyze financial controls, revenue recognition policies, and company reserves and accruals. He also excels at financial process reviews, financial statement audits, SEC accounting and reporting, and inventory accounting. His industry experience includes manufacturing, service and technology.
Brian received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He is a Certified Public Accountant, serves on the Advisory Council of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
