Deb has over 14 years of public accounting experience as well as 3 years as the chief financial officer of a multi-state retail organization. She specializes in advising companies through various stages of their business life cycle to determine their needs, advise on alternatives and implement business strategies and solutions. Deb provides and coordinates accounting services for clients of many sizes, industries, and in all stages of growth. Her background working in and alongside FML's tax department perfectly positions her to advise and streamline tax planning procedures for clients and ensure that the tax compliance process is efficient and provides the greatest value add. Deb's experience also provides her with the ability to streamline processes and controls to ensure best practices throughout an organization. She believes in a partnership approach with her clients and works to identify tax planning opportunities through constant communication.
