Biljana joined FML in January 2023 through a merger with Bregman & Company, PC. At FML, Biljana provides wide-range tax services to a variety of companies in diverse industries. She has experience in U.S. federal and state tax compliance including corporation, partnership, and S corporation taxation as well as trusts. Through this experience, Biljana has developed a knowledge base assisting clients with complex issues arising from their entity structures, U.S. foreign information reporting, consolidated federal and multi-state tax return filings.
