Enisa joined FML in June 2014 after graduating from University of Hartford. At FML, Enisa has gained experience in providing wide-ranging services to a variety of companies in diverse industries, including service providers, manufacturers and real estate. Enisa has experience in U.S. federal and state tax compliance including partnership and S corporation taxation, trusts, accounting under Accounting Standard Codification 740 and high net-worth individual tax returns.  Through this experience, Enisa has developed a knowledge base assisting clients with complex issues arising from partnership and S corporation entity structures, U.S. foreign information reporting, consolidated federal and multi-state tax return filings. Additionally, she has also been involved in a variety of due diligence engagements and tax planning strategies ranging from buy side to sell side tax planning for both corporations and partnerships.
