Jeff's years with Ernst & Young have helped him gain the audit and advisory experience necessary to quickly identify and address the issues our clients face. He has extensive expertise in due diligence for manufacturing, technology, construction and service sectors. Jeff is also skilled in recapitalization and complex equity transactions. He enjoys strategic thinking as well as the ability to form tightly knit business relationships, yet he believes his greatest accomplishment is helping to found FML - a successful firm built upon a strong foundation of mutual respect.
