Nick has over 8 years of experience in tax accounting which includes working in public accounting and specializing in international tax compliance at a fortune 500 company. In addition, he has gained experience in various complex areas including accounting for Income Taxes under ASC 740, and consolidated federal and multi-state tax return filings. He also has assisted with the unique tax issues involving partnership and S corporation taxation, such as basis, at risk limitations and special allocations. Nick believes communication is essential to build client relationships and navigate the complex and expanding tax issues.
