Yana joined FML in 2011 after graduating from the University of Connecticut. She serves clients across several industries including manufacturing, technology, and service. Yana is engaged on Sarbanes-Oxley internal control projects, public and private company audits, audits of employee benefit plans, as well as handling financial statement reviews. Further, Yana is actively involved in various consulting projects, including financial services, financial due diligence (Mergers & Acquisition) and business consulting (including internal controls).
