FML Founding Partner Frank Milone has over a quarter century of experience providing audit and advisory services to a broad range of clients within the Northeast marketplace. Frank leads the Firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital audit practice and has significant experience working in a variety of industries, including technology, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, and consumer products. Frank regularly advises mature and emerging growth company clients in the areas of debt and equity financings, revenue recognition and equity compensation. Frank also leads the Firm’s Internal Control practice which includes Sarbanes-Oxley services, SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, cyber-security audits and internal audit support services. Lastly, Frank heads the Firm’s Benefit Plan audit practice and has significant experience auditing both public (11-K) and private defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans and health and welfare plans.
